Returns, Refunds, and Shipping
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of receipt. Returns which are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused and any monies paid will not be refunded. Items which are not returned within the seven-day period or 14 days internationally will be considered sold. Unfortunately, not everybody is honest and we have had to institute this policy to discourage buyer's remorse or items being worn for special occasions and functions before being returned for a refund. No postage or shipping costs will be refunded on returned items. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately all sale items are final sales and no refunds will be issued. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed less shipping costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please be aware that it sometimes takes time for a refund to appear on your bank account or credit card statement. Please read our shipping policies below with regard to any damaged items.
SHIPPING POLICY
We make every effort to securely pack items for shipping to prevent damage and breakage. However, in the unlikely event that, despite our best efforts, your item does arrive damaged, please take the entire order (all contents and all original packing materials) to your local Post Office immediately to file a claim. The Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Please do not repack and do not mail the damaged item back to us as this will void the Post Office insurance and we will be unable to issue a refund. Shipping costs will be listed per item for first-class mail, priority mail, or first-class international mail.
With regard to international orders, if you do not accept delivery of your package, or do not pick it up from your postal service and it is returned to us, there will be no refund issued for your purchase. If you wish to have the package reshipped, additional prepaid postage will be required. Customers will be responsible for all taxes, duties and charges imposed by their government on items imported into their country. If you disagree with what customs officials charge for import duties, you would need to contact your appropriate government entity. We do not have any control over import duties. Please do not ask us to reduce the value of an item on the customs form. Customs requires that what was paid for the item be entered on the customs label and considers it fraudulent if a lesser amount is entered.
